To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Include all original tags and packaging (when applicable)
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

However, Prime Outlet Ball will cover the return or provide an appropriate solution if:

• The item arrived damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• You received the wrong item

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

To help us process your request faster, we may ask you to provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct product exchanges.

European Union Customers
